Experience: Not required (Preferable if experienced in same profile)
- Should have good communication skills.
- Energetic, confident to coordinate with vendors.
- Should have knowledge of basic concepts of Export Import.
1) Communication with different vendors (DHL, Nevigator)
2) Preparation of import documentations, take approval from the senior
3) Filing work of all Import documents
4) Make Purchase order
5) Coordination with insurance person for the insurance of the container
6) Verify the import draft Documents received (B/L, Invoice, Packing List & CO)
7) Track courier shipment
8) Preparation of custom clearance documents and forward to CHA
9) Maintain MIS sheet of material, payments, shipments.
